1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dolicash.com and the Dolicash rewards service (“Dolicash”, “we”, “us”, or “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Rewards Policy, Affiliate Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence. The Service is not available where participation in reward programs, promotional offers, or the applicable payout method is prohibited by law.
3. One person, one account
Each person may maintain only one Dolicash account unless we give written permission otherwise. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or created for another person.
4. Offers and third-party partners
Dolicash may display games, surveys, applications, sign-up opportunities, micro-tasks, and other offers supplied by independent partners. Availability, eligibility, completion criteria, tracking, and reward amounts may vary by country, device, account history, campaign, and partner.
Completing an activity does not automatically guarantee a reward. A reward is credited only after the applicable partner or tracking system reports a valid, payable conversion and the activity passes fraud, quality, and eligibility checks.
5. Points and rewards
Dolicash points are internal reward units used to record eligible account earnings. Points are not a bank deposit, stored-value account, cryptocurrency, or transferable currency. They become redeemable only in accordance with the current redemption options, thresholds, verification requirements, and limits shown in the Service.
We may correct, reverse, hold, or remove points when an offer is reversed, rejected, duplicated, charged back, determined to be invalid, or credited because of an error, abuse, or technical issue.
6. Payouts and verification
Available payout methods and minimum redemption amounts are displayed at the time of withdrawal and may differ by location. We may request identity, address, payment-account, tax, or additional eligibility verification before processing a payout. The name or ownership of a payout account may be required to match the Dolicash account holder.
Processing times are estimates only. Banks, payment services, gift-card suppliers, and other third parties may impose additional processing times, availability restrictions, conversion costs, or receiving fees.
7. Prohibited activity
You may not manipulate tracking, use bots or automated completion tools, falsify information, create duplicate accounts, exploit bugs, submit forged conversions, use another person’s identity, or take any action intended to generate rewards without genuine completion of the advertised activity.
VPNs, proxies, Tor, datacenter connections, device farms, emulators, location spoofing, or other technologies that hide or falsify location or identity may be restricted or blocked when they interfere with campaign eligibility, security, or fraud prevention.
8. Account review, suspension and closure
We may place rewards on hold, request verification, restrict withdrawals, suspend access, or close an account when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, a security risk, a material breach of these Terms, or activity that could expose Dolicash or its partners to loss or regulatory risk. Where appropriate, we may ask for additional information before making a final decision.
9. No guaranteed earnings
Dolicash does not guarantee that any particular offer will be available, that you will qualify for a survey, that a partner will approve a conversion, or that you will earn any specific amount. Examples of potential rewards are illustrative and not income promises.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, declarations, or reporting obligations that apply to rewards you receive. We may request tax information or provide information to authorities where required by law.
11. Service changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or change offers, reward rates, payout options, features, or eligibility rules. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by an in-product notice.
12. Third-party services
Links, offerwalls, payment services, and external websites are operated by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Dolicash is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
13. Disclaimer and limitation
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolicash does not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every third-party tracking event will be received without delay. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
