1. Purpose
This Rewards Policy explains how Dolicash points, offer credits, reversals, withdrawals, and verification work. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.
2. When points are earned
Opening an offer does not itself create a reward. Points are normally credited only after Dolicash receives a valid conversion or completion confirmation from the applicable offer partner and the event passes eligibility and anti-fraud checks.
3. Tracking requirements
To improve attribution, users should begin an offer from their own Dolicash account, avoid changing devices or networks unnecessarily during completion, follow the offer instructions exactly, and avoid privacy tools or connection methods that prevent the partner from validating eligibility.
4. Pending, approved, rejected and reversed rewards
A reward may be pending while a partner reviews the event. Approved rewards become eligible account points. Rejected, duplicated, invalid, or charged-back conversions may receive no points. Previously credited points may be reversed if the underlying partner later reverses the conversion.
5. Reward amount changes
Offer values can change at any time. The applicable value is generally the value displayed when the user starts the eligible offer, subject to the partner’s tracking and campaign rules. Promotional bonuses may have separate terms and expiration or eligibility conditions.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal methods, minimums, limits, fees, estimated delivery times, and destination-country availability are shown in the withdrawal area and may change. A withdrawal may be delayed for account, identity, payment, tax, fraud, or compliance review.
7. Missing rewards
If an eligible activity does not track, contact [email protected] with the offer name, date, screenshots or proof of completion, and any relevant transaction or campaign information. Dolicash may need to submit the claim to the partner, and final partner decisions may affect whether a reward is payable.
8. No cash value before redemption
Points are an internal reward accounting unit. They are not transferable between users and do not constitute a bank balance or stored-value account before a successful redemption.
